Puppy Contract

Seller, Titan Bully’s, guarantees pup to be delivered in good health, current on vaccinations, and free of Distemper, Parvo, Parainfluenza, and any life-threatening genetic defect.

Buyer,                                                    , agrees to follow up with a veterinary clinic within 72 hours of receiving the pup. At that time, if it is determined the pup has any of the above, or if the pup is found to have a genetic defect, Titan Bully’s will replace the pup. We do reserve the right to ask for a second opinion on any findings by the said Vet.

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any puppy. Non-refundable deposits are $1000.00 Puppies are required to be paid for in full before, or at the time the pup turns 8 weeks old. If the pup is not paid in full by 8 weeks of age, you will forfeit your pup, your deposit, and any payment installments paid to Titan Bully’s. If you change your mind on a pup, your deposit may be transferred to any available pup at that time, IF YOU LET US KNOW BEFORE 8 WEEKS OF AGE, however it will not be refunded. Deposits and any payment installments made on your pup are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Titan Bully’s does not guarantee against Hip or Elbow Dysplasia, although we do not breed dogs with Hip Dysplasia, the trait can pop up from a previous generation, And although not common, there is no way for us to guarantee perfect hips in these animals.

Titan Bully’s guarantees against all other Genetic defects for the term of one year and will replace with a puppy of equal value from the next litter available, veterinarian confirmation is required and Titan Bully’s has the right to consult with our Veterinarian as well.

Titan Bully’s reserves the right to include our kennel name on the puppy’s AKC, UKC or ABKC registration paperwork. All puppies purchased from Titan Bully’s must keep their original paperwork and papers and names cannot be illegally altered.

Buyer agrees to provide a safe home for their new pup and will not use the pup for any illegal activity. If at any time, the Buyer is found to be using the pup for illegal activity, Titan Bully’s reserves the right to regain possession of the pup.

If at any time Buyer is unable to provide for the pup, or dog, for any reason, Buyer will give Titan Bully’s first opportunity to take the dog back. If Titan Bully’s is unable to take back the pup, or dog, Titan Bully’s will provide written release for the Buyer to rehome or re-sell said pup/dog. Rehoming or re-selling a Titan Bullys pup, or dog, without written release will result in pursuit of legal action.

We accept payment in the following forms: Cash App or Zelle. No personal checks.

Cost of the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and in addition to your puppy’s price. Titan Bully’s ships worldwide.

For Domestic Travel: For Domestic Travel: Cost is typically between $500-$1500 depending on the state you live in. Titan Bully’s is located in FL. This amount must be paid to Titan Bully’s before pup ships at 8 weeks of age

If Buyer is coordinating another method of shipping, cost for travel crate and health certificate needs to be paid to Titan Bully’s, remaining amount can be paid directly to shipper by Buyer.

AKC,UKC or ABKC Registration Paperwork & Vaccination schedule will be provided to Buyer at time of pickup. If pup is being shipped, these documents will be provided to Buyer via US Postal Service, as we are unable to send this information with the airline.

By signing above on page 1 and signing this agreement below on page 2, you understand what you have read, and

understand that we do enforce this agreement 100%. You also understand that Deposits and Payment Installments are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to another litter or puppy.

Ear Crop – Release of Liability: Ear crop procedure is at the discretion of the Buyer. Upon ear crop, Buyer releases Titan Bully’s, and anyone affiliated with Titan Bully’s, of liability for any complications that can result from the ear crop procedure, including, but not limited to, any conditions resulting from the procedure, such as reaction to anesthesia, illness, death, as well as the final results of the look of the cropped ears.
